i got an upgrade to a double room grand lit. the hotel's location allowed short walks to points of interest. i also appreciated the free public transport pass and the free tea and coffee offered in the lobby.
The bathroom had a small step that i stubbed my toe on. I think yellow tape would improve safety.

The location is close to many popular spots. It is a quiet neighborhood. public transport is also easily accessible, which simplifies getting around the city without any problems. the area felt safe at all times.

Staff members were very helpful and gave clear directions. They were also quick to help with my luggage. the reception area had comfortable seating, and i observed staff assisting other guests. they were consistently attentive.

there was a coffee machine available after 11 am, a lovely addition. a fireplace near the dining room created a cozy atmosphere for gatherings. the hotel offered a free public transport pass, really useful.
